The municipality informs you that you can come to the Recreation Center to cool yourself inside.

The gymnasium is air-conditioned.

Unfortunately, the water game will remain closed during the water ban in force to preserve water.

You can also visit the library, during open hours, to read a book or surf the web in a cool environment.

It is important to:

GOOD HYDRATION: drink lots of various liquids ( ex: water, juice diluted with water, sport drinks) without waiting to be thirsty or depending the amounts indicated by the doctor;

STAY COOL: spend several hours in a cool environment, ideally with air conditioner;

REDUCE THE EFFORTS: reduce your efforts and exterior physical activities, especially between 10am and 3pm.
